Tuna Patty Melt
|Canned tuna||6 Ounce, drained, flaked|
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
Combine the tuna, rolled oats, carrot, egg, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Shape into patties.
Brown in hot vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
