This Tuna Patty Melt is simply irresistible and mouth-watering. Try this easy to prepare Tuna Patty Melt; I am sure you will love to share it with your friends and family.
Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the tuna, rolled oats, carrot, egg, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Shape into patties.
Brown in hot vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
