Ranch Style Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
  Ground chicken 1 Pound
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon, coarsely ground
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Canned chile peppers 2 Tablespoon, canned (Use 1 Can)
  Non fat ranch salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Hamburger buns 4
  Cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix together the chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cilantro, chile peppers and salad dressing.
Shape into 4 patties.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes, or according to your preference.
Place each patty on a bun and serve with condiments of your choice.
