Cheddar & Horseradish Beef Burgers
|Ground round||1 Pound|
|Low fat cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Cream style horseradish||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Onion rolls||4 , toasted and split|
In a medium bowl, combine the beef, cheese, horseradish, pepper, salt and garlic powder.
Shape into 4 patties.
Coat the grill with cooking spray andpreheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the burgers for 7-8 minutes and place on the onion rolls.
Accompany with the condiments of your choice.
