|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cornflakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients.
Crush cornflakes slightly with hands; gently stir into meat mixture.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Shape in 6 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Broil 5 minutes; turn and broil 3 to 4 minutes longer.
