Mediterranean Lamb Burgers

Ingredients
  Lean ground lamb 1 Pound
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon, coarsely ground
  Dried rosemary 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Purple onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard/Hamburger buns 1 Tablespoon (Soft)
  Pita 4
  Sliced onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Purple Onion)
  Lettuce leaves 1
  Sliced cucumbers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine the lamb, pepper, rosemary, salt, onion, juice and mustard in a medium bowl.
Shape into 4 patties.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the patties for 6-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Serve in the pita pockets and pass the onions, lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes as condiments.
