Mediterranean Lamb Burgers
|Lean ground lamb||1 Pound|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Tablespoon, coarsely ground|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Purple onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard/Hamburger buns||1 Tablespoon (Soft)|
|Sliced onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Purple Onion)|
|Sliced cucumbers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced tomatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine the lamb, pepper, rosemary, salt, onion, juice and mustard in a medium bowl.
Shape into 4 patties.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the patties for 6-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Serve in the pita pockets and pass the onions, lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes as condiments.
