Itauano Beef & Mozzarelia Burgers
|Lean ground chuck||1 Pound|
|Dried italian seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced|
|Bread slices||4 (0.5 Inch Thick, Lightly Toasted)|
|Tomato||1 , thinly sliced|
|Part-skim mozzarella cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Slices)|
|Onion slices||4 (Purple Onion)|
|Reduced fat italian salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix together the beef, oregano, Italian seasoning, egg white and garlic.
Shape into 4 patties.
Preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
Place the patties in the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Spread the margarine on the bread and top each with the lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion.
Drizzle the Italian salad dressin over all.
Place the cooked hamburger patties on top and serve.
