Seasoned Stuffed Burgers
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||3 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Bread slices||2 , cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and catsup in a bowl, mix well.
Shape into 4 patties, and place on a broiler rack.
Make a well in center of each patty, leaving 1/2-inch sides.
Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter until tender.
Remove from heat, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, bread, mayonnaise, and milk, stirring well.
Spoon mixture into well of each patty.
Bake at 350Â° for 30 to 35 minutes.
