|Ground turkey||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|White sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use As Needed)|
Combine turkey and mushrooms in medium bowl.
Shape into 2 patties.
Preheat browning dish according to manu-facturer's directions.
Combine green onion and bread crumbs.
Dip patties into egg, then into bread crumbs and onion mixture.
Place butter in preheated browning dish.
Add patties and cook on HI, 2 minutes.
Turn patties over and cook another 2 to 3 minutes on HI, or until patties are tender and lightly browned.
Place on serving plat-ter and top with Basic White Sauce.
Garnish with parsley or other fresh herbs, if desired.
