Scramburger For Brunch
|Lean ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Heat oil in large skillet, brown ground beef and onion together.
In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until light and frothy.
Pour this over meat.
Do not rush this.
Cook it slowly and stir gently until eggs are firm.
Split and toast some bagels or English muffins to go with this.
