Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Quick cooking oats 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Hamburger buns 16
Directions

In skillet cook beef, onion, and celery till beef is brown and onion is tender; drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, water, quick cooking rolled oats, salt, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
Simmer, uncovered, till mixture is of desired consistency, about 30 minutes.
Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture into each bun.
