Pork Burgers

I like to serve these gourmet burgers when tailgating. These are a real crowd pleaser and an easy dinner idea. These gourmet burgers are perfect to throw on the grill and mix well with other burgers and dogs you may be serving.
Ingredients
  Ground pork 2 Pound
  Spinach and garlic pesto 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sun-dried tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mayo)
  Rolls 8
  Bocconcini 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mozzarella)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine ground pork and pesto together and form 4 oz. burger patties.
2. Stuff a lump of fresh mozzarella in the center of each patty.
3. Grill 7-10 minutes, flip and then an additional 7 minutes.
4. Place burger on a bun, smear sundried tomato mayo on top of burger bun and serve.

thts quite an easy Gourmet Burgers Chef - i prefer it bit more spicy, however wondering wat can bring the spicy tang!

Chef, your Gourmet Burger seems to be very delicious. A perfect combination of cheese and mayo...though can I use chicken or turkey instead of pork?
