Indian Patties

Indian Patties make a delicious snack! You should surely try out the Indian Patties this afternoon and let me know if you agree with me!
Ingredients
  Minced cooked lamb 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small
  Chutney 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mix together minced lamb, onion, beaten egg, chutney, curry powder, salt and rice until well blended.
Take a heaped tablespoon of the mixture at a time and shape and flatten into patties with moistened hands.
Coat with flour, then brush with beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing them on firmly.
An egg slice or palette knife will help you in handling the patties.
Shallow fry the patties in hot oil over a moderate heat for 2 minutes on either side.
Serve piping hot.
