Spicy Turkey Burgers

This spicy and Cryspy, once you give them a shot you’ll never go back to those boring frozen patties again.
  Extra lean ground turkey 3 Pound
  White onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Button mushrooms 4 Ounce, chopped
  Kalamata olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Beer/Beer can 1⁄4 Bottle (0.25 l)
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Kaiser rolls 6
  Red onion 1 , sliced into rings
  Roasted red peppers 1 , sliced
  Arugula 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Burger sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red chili sauce 1 Tablespoon

·1) Combine yogurt and chili sauce, mix together and set aside.
·2) In a large bowl combine ground turkey, white onions, mushrooms, olives, basil, garlic powder, beer and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly before forming 4-6 burger patties.
·3) Heat grill pan and allow time to get your pan hot, hot, hot! Start grilling your burgers about an inch apart from each other. After 4 minutes, flip each burger over and grill for another 4 minutes. Remove burger from pan and allow to rest for a couple of minutes.
·4) On the bottom half of your kaiser roll layer some arugala, burger patty, sliced roasted red peppers and sliced red onions. Spread the burger sauce on your top bun and finish your sandwich.
