Easy Chorizo Burgers
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
|Red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red pepper flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
1.In a large mixing bowl, put the pork and combine it with all the ingredients using your hands.
2.Use your hands to make 4 large patties.
3.In a pan on medium high heat, fry the patty in oil for 7 mins on one side and 5 mins on the other.
4.Once completely cooked, turn the heat off and place the burgers inside the bun.
5.You can add slices of tomatoes or onions inside and serve it with a french fries or a salad side.
