Ingredients
  Ground turkey 8 Ounce
  Margarine 19 Milliliter, softened
  Water 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 10 Gram
  Thinly sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 1 Teaspoon
  Hamburger rolls 4 Ounce, cut into halves and toasted (Around 2 Rolls)
Directions

In bowl combine turkey, margarine, water, and broth mix; form into 2 equal patties.
Spray 9- or 10-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat; add patties and brown on both sides.
Reduce heat to low and add onions; cover pan and cook until patties are no longer pink inside, 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve each burger, topped with 2 teaspoons ketchup and half of the cooked onion slices, on a toasted roll.
