Turkey Sausage Patties
|Raw ground turkey||1 Pound|
|Dried italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well.
Shape mixture into 4 parties, and chill at least 1 hour.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add oil.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Place parries in skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Place patties on paper rowels to drain, serve warm.
