Grilled Veal Burgers is a mouth watering snack recipe. An easy to prepare burger recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
Ingredients
  Ground veal 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Whole wheat breadcrumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Horseradish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat hamburger buns 6
  Lettuce 6
Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl mix well.
Shape mixture into 6 (3/4-inch-rhick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 inches over medium-hot coals for 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons Horseradish Sauce on cut side of each bun half.
Place one lettuce leaf on bottom of each bun.
Top each with a veal pattie.
Cover with tops of buns.
