Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Leaf oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 can)
  Mozzarella cheese slices 4 , cut in half
  Tomatoes 2 , cut into slices
  Buns 8 , split and toasted or heated
Directions

Combine beef, cheese, onion, olives, salt, oregano, pepper, and tomato paste. Shape into 8 patties. Broil over grill until medium well done about 10 minutes on first side. Turn and top with Mozzarella slice and a tomato slice. Broil an additional 5 minutes. Serve on hot buns.
