This recipe for feta basil turkey burgers is one of the quickest dinner recipes I know! Mix ground turkey with a few fun flavors and throw it on the grill or in a skillet. If you're looking for a quick and easy dinner recipe, give this a try!
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, feta crumbles, chopped basil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Divide the mixture equally into two half and shape them into patties.
3. Heat up a cast iron skillet over medium flame for a couple of minutes, and place patties in it. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until the center of the turkey burger reads 165 degrees F.
4. Place patty on bun and serve it with any accompaniments you want, and enjoy!
Don't make the patties too thick or they will take too long to cook.
Make a small test patty, cook and check to adjust seasoning.
You can also cook patties on the grill.
If you find that the burgers are browning too much before the interior is cooked through, you can put a lid on the pan.
