|French bread||2 Inch|
|Burgundy||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cracked black pepper||To Taste|
|Salad oil||3 Teaspoon|
Break up the beef in a large bowl, and work in the salt, garlic salt, onion, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
Break the bread into a bowl, and moisten with the Burgundy.
Squeeze until mixture is like thick oatmeal porridge.
Add with the cheese and eggs to the meat, and, when thoroughly mixed, mold into 10Ã¢â‚¬â€12 thick hamburgers.
Sprinkle both sides generously with cracked black pepper, and press in firmly.
Brush with salad oil.
Place Oiled side down on a grill over hot coals, and cook 5 minutes.
Brush tops, and turn.
Continue cooking another 4Ã¢â‚¬â€5 minutes or until medium rare.
Spread with horseradish, mustard or relish.
Serve between thick slices of French bread.
Makes 10Ã¢â‚¬â€12 burgers.
