Jamie's 15 Minute Meals - The Best Fish Baps

Barry was kindly asked by Jamie Oliver's team to try recipes from his new 15 Minute Meals Book - this recipe attempt looks at The Best Fish Baps, with mushy peas and tartare sauce.
Ingredients
For tartare sauce
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Cornichons 7
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
For burger
  Burger bun 4
  Fish fillets 4 Medium
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cracked black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
For mushy peas
  Potato 1 Large, sliced
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 Small
  Alfalfa sprout 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Put a pot of water to boil.
2. Cut potatoes in slices, and put them into the pot of water to boil.
3. Season fish fillets with pepper and salt, sprinkle cayenne pepper and corn flour.
4. Drizzle some oil in a heated pan and fry the fish fillets. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the fish fillets.
5. Add peas to boiling potatoes.
6. In a chopper, chop parsley, lettuce, and cornichons, cappers, yoghurt and lemon juice. Now, whirl it well. Tartare sauce is ready.
7. Drain the peas and potatoes once they are soft and mushy. Add to the chopper with mint.

FINALIZING
8. Take the baked fish out of the oven and spread tartare sauce over it.
9. Put the fish fillets over the buns and drizzle with some lemon juice.
10. Spread mushy peas and top with alpha sprouts and then the other half of the bun. Your burger is ready.

SERVING
11. Cut into half and serve with lemon wedges.
