Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn beef 1⁄4 Pound
  Swiss cheese slices 50 Gram
  Rye bread 3
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
For making creamy style russian dressing
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Horseraddish 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. For making creamy style Russian dressing – in a bowl take all the ingredients and mix well.

MAKING
1. Heat a non-stick pan and sauté sauerkraut; place the corn beef over it followed by Swiss cheese slices. Set aside.
2. Dry roast the rye bread and spread butter, followed by Russian dressing. Place corn beef patties over the bread and double it with rest of the ingredients.

SERVING
3. Serve with jalapeno pepper and enjoy!
