Ingredients
  Cooked parsnips 6 , mashed
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1 (as required)
Directions

Mix parsnips, eggs, salt and sugar; add flour, blending well.
Shape into patties; saute in skillet in small amount of oil until browned, turning once.
