Cheese Beef Burger
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Oats||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|American cheese slices||4|
Combine ground beef, milk, oats, onion, salt and pepper; form into eight patties.
Cover 4 patties with cheese slices; top with remaining patties.
Seal edges; wrap each patty with bacon slice.
Secure bacon with wooden pick.
Broil over hot coals, 4 inches from source of heat, for 5 to 7 minutes; turn.
Broil for 5 minutes longer or until of desired doneness.
