|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soybeans||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and ground|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
1. In a bowl mix soybeans, 1 cup wheat germ and eggs and shape into 4 to 6 patties.
2. Dip patties into remaining wheat germ and brown in oil.
3. Serve the patties with sauces such as tomato sauce or ketchup.
