Beef and Vegetable Burgers
|Fresh mushrooms||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), finely chopped|
|Green pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finely chopped|
|Onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced|
|Carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Soy sauce||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hamburger buns||6 , split|
1) In a bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
2) Make 6 patties of about 3/4 inch thickness of the mixture.
3) In a skillet, cook the patties over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Turn the patties once and cook until of done.
4) Serve the patties in hamburger buns.
