Beef Burger on Buns
|Ground beef mix||2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed|
|Toasted hamburger buns||4|
|Ingredients for the ground beef mix|
|Ground beef mix||3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||8 Ounce, undrained (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Prepare the ground beef mix by simmering onions, garlic, celery, ground and the green pepper.
2. Spoon this mix into the bottom half of each bun and cover with top half of bun
3. Serve hot
Prepare the beef mix by combining onion, garlic and celery and saute till done. Reduce heat and simmer again for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook again for 5 minutes.
