Miniature Patty Shells
|White bread slices||18|
|Butter||5 Tablespoon, melted|
Cut 5 rounds, the size of a fifty-cent piece, out of each slice of bread with a 1 1/4 cookie cutter, making 90 rounds.
Make rings out of 45 of these rounds by removing center with a 3/4 '' cutter, the size of a dime.
Brush the rounds on one side with melted butter and place on baking sheet, buttered side up.
Dip rings in melted butter and place on each round.
Toast in hot oven (425° F.) for ap- proximately 6 minutes, until golden brown.
