|Beef liver/Steer liver||1 Pound|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped (small clove)|
|Sea salt||To Taste (Little)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Corn oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (for frying)|
1.Combine liver with pepper, clove, salt, wheat germ and egg to make a smooth batter.
2.Heat corn oil in a pan and drop the mixture by teasppon.
3.Heat well until brown from both sides.
4.Serve warm with dips.
