Liver Patties

Ingredients
  Beef liver/Steer liver 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped (small clove)
  Sea salt To Taste (Little)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Corn oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for frying)
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine liver with pepper, clove, salt, wheat germ and egg to make a smooth batter.
2.Heat corn oil in a pan and drop the mixture by teasppon.
3.Heat well until brown from both sides.

SERVING
4.Serve warm with dips.
