Chili Beef Burger Sandwiches
|Ground beef chuck||1 Pound|
|Powdered mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Meatless spaghetti sauce/Tomato sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sandwich rolls||4 , split, toasted|
1. Mix beef chuck with salt, powdered mustard, chili powder, celery salt, pepper, garlic, instant minced onion, and tomato sauce.
2. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Fry patties in fat until golden brown or until they reach desired doneness.
3. Place between split sandwich rolls and serve hot with chili-tomato sauce.
