Black Gold Burger
|Finely chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), minced to make 3 tablespoon|
|Steak sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Hamburger rolls||6 , split|
In medium skillet, over medium heat, cook and stir onion and garlic in margarine until tender but not brown; stir in sugar.
Reduce heat to low; cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in steak sauce; keep warm.
Shape ground beef into 6 patties.
Grill burgers over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Place burgers on roll bottoms; top each with 3 tablespoons sauce and roll top.
Serve immediately; garnish as desired.
