Corned Beef Hash Burgers
|Lean corned beef brisket||3 Pound, well done|
|Finely chopped onions||3 Tablespoon|
|Potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), finely diced (boiled / canned)|
|Grated hashish||2 Teaspoon|
Grind corned beef very fine.
Brown onions gently in butter.
Mix corned beef well with potatoes, slightly browned onions, pepper and hashish.
Should mixture be too dry, add a little cold water.
Shape into 6 patties.
Brown in butter on both sides.
Serve with a poached egg on top.
Garnish with more grated hash if desired.
Canned corned beef can be substituted for fresh corned beef.
