Corned Beef Hash Burgers

Ingredients
  Lean corned beef brisket 3 Pound, well done
  Finely chopped onions 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), finely diced (boiled / canned)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Grated hashish 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind corned beef very fine.
Brown onions gently in butter.
Mix corned beef well with potatoes, slightly browned onions, pepper and hashish.
Should mixture be too dry, add a little cold water.
Shape into 6 patties.
Brown in butter on both sides.
Serve with a poached egg on top.
Garnish with more grated hash if desired.
Canned corned beef can be substituted for fresh corned beef.
