Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cracked black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 2 , drained and chopped, reserve 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground turkey/Chicken 1 Pound, uncooked
  Poppy seed rolls/Hamburger buns 4 , split and toasted
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Tomato slices 4
  Avocado slices 12
Directions

For sauce, in a small bowl stir together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, the 1 clove garlic, and the black pepper.
Cover and chill until serving time.
In a large bowl combine bread crumbs, water, chili powder, chipotle peppers, the 2 cloves garlic, and the salt.
Add ground turkey or chicken; mix well.
Form into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
Place patties on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals.
Grill for 14 to 18 minutes or until done (165°), turning once.
To serve, spread the bottoms of rolls or buns with adobo sauce.
Top with burgers and sauce.
Add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and, if desired, avocado slices.
Replace roll or bun tops.
