Blue Ribbon Burgers
|Ground sirloin||2 Pound|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Jalapeno peppers||To Taste, pickled|
|Ripe tomatoes||12 , sliced|
|Dill pickles||1 Tablespoon, sliced|
1. In a medium-size bowl, mix the beef, Worcestershire, red pepper sauce, and lemon pepper until well blended. Form into six 6-inch patties, about 1 1/2 inches thick. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
2. Preheat the grill or broiler. Grill the patties over medium-hot coals or broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side for medium or until the burgers are the way you like them. Serve on buns with your favorite fixings and a helping of Steak Fries.
