Landlubber's Salmon Patties
|Pink salmon||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Cornflake cereal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Mash salmon with fork.
Add egg whites, crushed cereal, onion and lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly; form 4 patties.
Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet.
Add patties and cook 6-8 minutes or until brown; turn and cook 4-6 minutes or until brown.
