Landlubber's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
  Pink salmon 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Egg whites 1
  Cornflake cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mash salmon with fork.
Add egg whites, crushed cereal, onion and lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly; form 4 patties.
Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet.
Add patties and cook 6-8 minutes or until brown; turn and cook 4-6 minutes or until brown.
