Better Burgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground veal 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg/Egg substitute 1 , beaten
  Milk free bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Prepare 4 large burgers and then broil, bake, or grill.

SERVING
3. Serve hot with ketchup.
