Polynesian Lamb Patties

Ingredients
  Lean ground lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound (From Leg Or Shoulder)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple slices and juice 6 , drained (unsweetened)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix the meat with egg, salt, pepper and milk and divide into six equal portions
2. Form these portions into patties about the size of pineapple rings and and place the patties in a broiler, about four inches away from the heat source and
3. Broil for five minutes or more until the top turns slighly brown
4. Spread the pineapple slices on a nonstick baking sheet adn broil them along with the patties till golden
5. When the patties are done, add them on top of the pineapple slices and broil fro another five minutes

SERVING
6. Serve as per your tastes
