Shrimp In Patty Shells
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Garlic cloves||1 Small, minced|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, deveined|
|Cooked peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Refrigerated puff pastry shells||8 , baked conventionally|
1) In a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole, saute the onion and garlic in the butter, uncovered in the microwave at HIGH for 4 minutes or until the onion is soft, stir after 1 minute.
2) Stir in the soup, milk, peas and cooked shrimp, cover with a waxed paper and simmer at HIGHfor 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
3) Spoon the shrimp mixture into puff pastry shells and serve immediately.
