  Lean ground round steak 2 Pound
  Snipped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed ice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bitters 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and shape into eight patties
2. place these patties on a broiler rack and, about four inches away from the source of heat, broil for ten minutes, turning it around once

3. Serve as appropriate
