Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
  Fresh ground turkey 1⁄2 Pound (Light And Dark Meat)
  Italian seasoned breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 5 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Egg white 1 Large
  Cooking spray 1
  Hamburger buns 1 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Buns)
  Lettuce leaves 2 (Curly)
  Tomato slices 2 (1/8-Inch-Thick)
  Red onion slice 2 (1/8-Inch-Thick)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine the turkey, breadcrumbs, and the next eight ingredients and stir till welll blended
2. Add egg white and stir o blend; divide this mixture into two halves and shape them into 0.5" thick patties
3. Spray a medium nonstickl skillet wih cooking spray, place it over medium heat and add the patties to it when hot

SERVING
4. On a hamburger bun, place lettuce, tomato and onion slices
5. Arrange the patties and serve
