Ingredients
  Blue crab meat 1 Pound (Use Fresh)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Dash
  Crushed unsalted soda crackers 4
  Vidalia onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together, shape into 8 patties and saute in oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
