POTATO PATTIES

Ingredients
  Potato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated onion 1
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Rosemary 1 Pinch
  Top milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheatgerm 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients except breadcrumbs and wheatgerm.
Keep mixture firm.
Shape into patties and leave in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Roll in breadcrumbs and wheat germ before frying in hot oil, or bake in greased baking sheet in hot oven, turning to brown on both sides.
1/4 cup chopped nuts may be added for extra flavour.
