Tangy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
  Lean ground turkey 1 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Cranberry chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Bombay Emerald Royal Brand)
  Chopped italian parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced tomato 1
  Red onion 1 , sliced
  Baby spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Monterey jack cheese slice 4
Directions

Mix first six ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Place patties on an outdoor grill over medium heat and grill until burgers are cooked through. Toast 4 kaiser rolls. Arrange burgers on plates and garnish each burger with one slice of cheese, one slice of red onion, one slice of tomato, and a few baby spinach leaves.
