|Ground chuck||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Tomato||1 Medium, sliced|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, add salt and pepper to the meat and mix lightly.
2)Make 8 thin beef patties.
3)Keep 1 onion slice and 1 tomato slice on each of the 4 patties.
4)Sprinkle droplets of Worcestershire sauce all over them.
5)Take the remaining patties and cover them. Seal the edges of the meat encompassing the onion and the tomato slices.
6)On the grill, brown the patties on both the sides
7)Split the hamburger buns. Butter them and toast them.
8)Remove the patties and bun haves from the grill.
9)Place the patties between the bun halves and serve hot.
