Tuna Patty Melt

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Quick cooking rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Canned tuna 13 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Can)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  American cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Dark rye bread slices/6 hamburger buns, split and toasted 6 , toasted
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Arrange the required ingredients. MAKING 2) In a bowl, combine together egg, rolled oats, sour cream, celery, celery seed and pepper. 3) Add tuna and mix well. 4) Shape mixture into 6 patties. 5) In skillet, heat oil and cook tuna patties in it. 6) Cover and cook for about 8 minutes total time or till heated through, turning once. 7) Sprinkle cheese over each patty. 8) Cook, covered, 1 minute more or till cheese is melted.
SERVING 9) Serve patties on rye bread or hamburger buns.
