Tenyaki Orange Burgers
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Teriyaki sauce mix||1 5⁄8 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Water chestnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained and chopped|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seed||1 Teaspoon, toasted|
GETTING READY 1) Get ready with the required ingredients. MAKING 2) In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, half of the dry sauce mix and the water chestnuts. 2) Shape into 1/2 inch thick patties. 3) On the rack of unheated broiler pan, place the patties and broil 3 inches from heat for about 10 minutes till desired or medium doneness. 4) Peel the orange and cut into 6 slices. 5) Place an orange slice over the top of each patty and broil for 1 minute more. 6) With 1/4 cup of water, combine the remaining sauce mix and stir in sesame seed. SERVING 7) Spoon the sauce over hot patties and serve.
