How To Make Lamb Burgers

Ingredients
  Lamb 1 Kilogram, minced
  Red onion 1 Medium, chopped finely
  Pine nuts 50 Gram, roasted
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon, ground
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Eggs 1 Large
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, chopped finely
For caramelized red onions
  Red onions 4 Large, sliced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt & pepper To Taste
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Yoghurt dressing
  Natural yoghurt 250 Gram
  Mint 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped finely
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Medium, finely chopped
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Caster sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients of burger and mix well.
2. Keep aside for couple of hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 190*C.

MAKING
4. On a griddle pan, cook the patties until golden.
5. For making caramelized red onion – on a baking tray, spread onions and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and red wine vinegar.
6. Pop it into the oven for 30 minutes.
7. For making yoghurt dressing – In a bowl, combine yoghurt, mint, leaf parsley, garlic, cucumber, salt and caster sugar. Whisk it well.

SERVING
8. Serve with caramelized onion and yoghurt dressing.
