All In A Roll Burgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown and serve french rolls 2 Large, each about 8 inches long
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Snipped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Brown ground beef.
Add onion; cook till tender but not brown.
Drain off excess fat.
Cut off one end of each roll; reserve.
With a fork, hollow out roll centers and pull apart enough bread to make 1 cup crumbs.
Mix crumbs with meat and next 7 ingredients.
Fill rolls, replacing ends; tack with toothpicks.
Mix butter and garlic; brush over rolls.
Heat on baking sheet in moderate oven (375°) 20 minutes or till hot.
Cut each roll in 2 or 3 servings.
