Cheese Crusted Veal Patties

Ingredients
  Lean ground veal 1 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon (Including Top)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large bowl, combine veal, 1/4 cup each of the bread crumbs and cheese, 1 of the eggs, salt, oregano, pepper, garlic powder, wine, and onion.
Shape mixture into 4 patties, each 3/4 to 1 inch thick.
In a rimmed plate or pie pan, beat remaining egg just until blended.
In separate rimmed plates or pie pans, place remaining 1/4 cup each bread crumbs and cheese (stirred together) and flour.
Coat each patty with flour, shaking off excess; dip in egg to cover, then coat completely with crumb mixture.
Heat oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat; add patties and cook until browned on both sides and no longer pink in centers when slashed (10 to 15 minutes total).
