Ham Burger Roll Ups

Ingredients
  Fresh bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground beef round 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Instant minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boiled ham slices 6
  Whole cloves 3
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Packed light brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Canned apricot halves 17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned cling peaches 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned drained pineapple chunks 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

About 1 hour and 10 minutes before serving: In medium bowl, soak crumbs in milk a few minutes; combine with beef, minced onion, Worcestershire, seasoned salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread some of meat mixture on each ham slice; roll up, jelly-roll fashion; place, seam-side down, side by side, in oblong baking dish and stud each with 3 whole cloves.
In small saucepan, into butter, stir brown sugar and orange juice; cook until sugar is melted; stir in mustard.
Pour over ham rolls; bake 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
Add apricots, peaches, pineapple chunks and grapes; bake 10 minutes longer.
